Certificate
Program
The Stress Resiliency Coaching™ Foundations
Class is a 24-week certificate program which assists social
workers, therapists, nurses, psychologists and others in the
helping professions in adding practical and immediately useful
skills and tools to their practices. The Foundations Class
lets you serve your clients in additional ways and is the perfect
complement to the effective methods you already utilize.
Certification Track
Coaches who successfully complete our
Foundations course are eligible, if they so desire, to continue
in our Helix Institute Wellness Coach Certification track,
which will consist of advanced classes and a proficiency
exam, which will include demonstration of the tools and skills
learned in the program.
Coaches who have graduated from an ICF certified
coach training progam or are completing such a program, will
complete 4 additional required courses beyond the Bones,
plus electives, totalling 90 hours.
Students who are new to the coaching profession
will complete 6 additional required courses beyond the Bones,
plus electives, for a total of 125 hours.
